This was the first Bible I purchased, and the first one I read 'cover to cover'. It's written in the NIV translation, which is often called the most popular. It is easy to read, yet has a lot of the 'pretty' language.The devotions are great for new (and old!) moms, and really relate the Scripture to life we (as moms) might expect.
