The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader written by John C. Maxwell was a book that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. This book contains several mechanisms and simple procedures to follow that will not only interest you, but give you a large shove in the right direction in becoming a memorable leader. His book gives you tips on developing your leadership skills that have already, personally, shown favorable results in my life. He addresses simple leadership issues and gives you a process to follow in order to have yourself and your followers recognize your abilities. ^M

The 21 Indispensible Qualities of a Leader: Becoming the Person Others Will Want to Follow

It was an interesting book with a lot of good points. I highly recommend it for anyone that is seeking guidance on how to become a better leader.
