This book was more that I thought it would be. Easy to read and understand. I have taken action within myself that just over the past few weeks have changed my life and my attitude. If you are at a point in life where you need to get to the next level this is the book for you.

Great introduction to leadership

Having used this book for four years now in a annual men's leadership course I run for our church, I give it a big thumbs up. John Maxwell gets to the heart of the components of leadership in a very understandable way. I have also used it to teach managers in my business organization the leadership priniciples.
