Excellent audio version

The best thing about this audio Bible is that the narrator does a wonderful job not only reading the text, but also communicating very successfully the meaning, the mood, the message of the Bible. I can not only hear the word, but I also experience the meaning, because the narrator himself understands very well and loves what he reads. I wish that this audio Bible wasn't dramatized at all, because the narrator does such a better job than do the actors.^M

Was better than I had anticipated.

I had read some of the previous reviews before purchasing this product and I can say all of them were right on. The voice on the CD set is very soothing and enjoyable to listen to. If you are wanting to know the bible, both new and old testiment, then this is definately a very good set to have. The price was reasonable when figuring the many many many hours of listening pleasure you receive!
