A MUST HAVE FOR THE CHRISTIAN

This book is great. It is the Study systems that I like--simple, but effective. It is a much needed book on Bible Study.

The Encouragement I Needed

I am a new Christian; I was baptized in March of this year. LaHaye could have written this book just for me. One of the first stories he relates is of a new Christian sitting in church with the sermon about to begin. The pastor announces the passage that will be the subject of the sermon. The new Christian spends the next 10 minutes trying (unobtrusively) to find the passage. By the time he finds it, he's left out of the message. I cannot tell you how many times I have felt that way in church, and felt guilty because of it.^M

Like drinking wood alcohol for your warm feeling

My recommendation would be to read the Bible and leave Tim Lahaye alone.^M
