The authors used such a simple parable to get acroos something that causes so much anxiety in the leadership of a church. The exciting part is that the principles can be used in all aspects of life, for business to running clubs, etc. Well worth a read, you will learn so much, and find yourself refering to it regularly.

It lays out some essential truths all ministry leaders should consider incorporating into their efforts.
